Eric Tennessen

Eric Tennessen, MBA, is an experienced Senior Project Manager with a strong background in leading complex projects across various industries. Currently employed at iDEAL Energies, Eric previously held senior project management roles at Novel Energy Solutions and Q3 Contracting Inc., managing significant projects in the traffic division. As the founder of Tiger Traffic, a company dedicated to roadway safety solutions, Eric demonstrated entrepreneurial skills by designing and implementing business processes. At Warning Lites of MN, Eric contributed to operational successes and corporate projects leading to divestitures and expansions. Notably, during tenure at Cargill, Eric was instrumental in strategic initiatives, including a successful $40 million acquisition of a chemical plant in Istanbul.
