Rich Ragatz

Rich Ragatz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in land development, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Development at Ideal Energies since July 2010. Prior to this role, Rich Ragatz worked as Principal at Epic Development, LLC from June 2005 to November 2010, focusing on residential and limited commercial developments. Rich Ragatz holds a Master’s Degree in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, awarded between 1984 and 1989.
