Michele Miller

Michele Miller is a seasoned human resources executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC since August 2022, Michele brings a focus on innovative technology within a legacy family business. Prior to this, Michele held the same title at Wells Enterprises from October 2018 to July 2022, managing human resources and corporate communications for a leading ice cream manufacturer. Michele's previous positions include Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Illinois Tool Works Inc and Vice President of Human Resources at Brunswick Corporation, alongside roles in strategic HR at IMC Global. Michele holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from Bradley University.
