Sush Keswani

Sush Keswani has a strong background in engineering and has held various roles throughout their career. Sush started in 1989 at NASA as a Flight Controls Engineer before moving on to Alcon in 1992 as a Senior Manufacturing Engineer. In 1998, they joined Ideal Industries as a Senior Engineer and stayed with the company until 2012 when they became the Engineering Manager at Audacy Wireless Lighting Controls by IDEAL. In 2019, Sush became the Director of Engineering at IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC.

Sush Keswani earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis in 1989. Sush then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Florida Institute of Technology, completing it in 1993. In addition to their formal education, Sush has obtained several certifications in areas such as diversity, inclusion, and leadership skills from LinkedIn in 2022.
