Franco Savoni has over 30 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Franco currently holds the position of Executive Vice President - General Manager Enterprise at Ideal Living since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Elkay Manufacturing, where they held several senior leadership roles, including Senior Vice President, Global Sales, Senior Vice President, Product, Vice President, Product Management & Engineering, Director of Product Management & Engineering, Senior Product Manager, and Senior Manager of Engineering and Technology. Franco also has experience working at Noble Metal Processing, ThyssenKrupp Budd, Robbins-Gioia, LLC, Simplicity Engineering, and Ford Motor Company, primarily in roles related to program management, project planning, and engineering.

Franco Savoni holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Lawrence Technological University. Franco also completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Windsor.
