Yulia Volkova

Yulia Volkova is an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist currently leading the hiring process at iDeals since October 2022, focusing on candidate evaluation and team communication. Previously, Yulia served as Talent Acquisition Lead at Playrix, a top mobile game company, where management of a geographically distributed recruiting team was key. Earlier roles included HR Manager positions at SMART business and IT4BUSINESS, where Yulia oversaw full cycle recruitment processes. Additionally, Yulia has a background in consulting from the Center for Adaptation of the Civil Service to the Standards of the EU. Yulia holds a Master’s degree in Management of Organizations from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics.
