Mark Tyler has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and companies. Mark started their career at Bank of America as a Manager from 1997 to 2000. Mark then joined Capital One and worked as an Assistant Vice President, responsible for driving alignment of technology and business operations from 2000 to 2003.

After that, Mark moved to DataQuick, where they held multiple roles, including Manager - Customer Service & Integration, Director Property Information and Title, and Director Collateral Valuations, from 2003 to 2011. In these roles, they managed P&L operations, led large teams, and handled supplier management and customer service responsibilities.

In 2011, Mark worked as a Project Manager at ABOUT-Consulting, LLC for a few months before joining Barclaycard in 2012. At Barclaycard, they served as a Technical Manager for Change Delivery, Supplier Service & Performance, where they were recognized as a subject matter expert in the credit decision platform. Mark delivered system changes and achieved supplier service-level goals.

Currently, Mark is working at IdealTraits Inc. as a Sales Business Development professional, starting in 2016 and continuing in the role.

Mark Tyler, CSM has a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Wilmington University, which they obtained in 2018. Mark also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance (Major) and ISM (Minor) from Wilmington University. In addition to their formal education, Mark Tyler has obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in July 2021.
