John Kaplar

Mr. Kaplar has applied superior software development and analyst skills as a member of the IDEAMATICS team since 2005. He has provided phenomenal software design and development leadership with the ability to evaluate and quantify available technologies to improve the solutions we provide our clients. He has extensive experience with managing development teams, having served as the Technical Team Lead for our Navy, Coast Guard, and Marine Corps contingency workforce management projects. Mr. Kaplar has over 15 years of experience developing ASP.Net web applications and has led the development efforts of several enterprise-level projects. Mr.Kaplar has been involved in all phases of the software development life cycle and was promoted to Vice President of Software Solutions at IDEAMATICS in 2018. He is responsible for all technology aspects of building, maintaining and growing the IDEAMATICS platform of software systems, cloud services, and physical networks to effectively and efficiently develop state-of-the-art solutions for clients and team collaboration. Mr. Kaplar is also responsible for researching new technologies and concepts that can be applied to current IDEAMATICS software systems, business processes, and marketing materials.
