Sarah Miller

Sarah Miller has a wealth of experience in the industry, beginning in 2005 as a Web Designer at Another Muse Design. In 2007, they joined Resource Data, Inc. as a Technical Writer and was promoted to Lead Business Analyst in 2022. In this role, Sarah has worked on projects such as the migration of legacy systems to modern COTS solutions, including as-is analysis, business and technical needs gap analysis, RFP development and support, vendor evaluation, detailed requirements and technical analysis, design, implementation, data migration, and training. Her favorite moment was watching the evolution of a subject matter expert transition from the project's biggest skeptic to one of the champions of the new solution. In 2022, Sarah joined IdeaRoom as a Senior Customer Implementation Consultant.

Sarah Miller completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Latin from Randolph College in 2002. Sarah then went on to pursue a Master of Arts in English and Creative Writing from Ohio University, which they completed in 2004. In the same year, they also obtained a Master of Arts in Classics and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Cambridge.
