Renuka Paul is currently the Deputy Manager of Sustainability and Livelihoods at iDeCK. In the past, Renuka has worked as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow at the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Research Analyst at The Peninsula Foundation, a Research Intern at Centre for Socio-Economic and Environmental Studies (CSES), and a Summer Intern at SEWA Bharat. Renuka holds a Certificate in Public Policy and Management from Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from St. Xavier's College, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Stella Maris College. Throughout Renuka's career, Renuka has been involved in various research projects, policy development, and community engagement initiatives.
