Michael Pericas

Michael Pericas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in production management, rigging, lighting, and carpentry. Michael began their career in 2005 as a Production Manager at NYFF Events and later worked as a Production Manager at Impulse Productions, Inc from 2006 to 2016. During this time, they also worked as a Rigger at Iatse Local 1 from 2013 to the present. From 2016 to 2022, Michael worked at Bestek Lighting and Staging and Km Productions as a Rigger, Lighting Tech, and Crew Chief. In 2018, they worked as a Rigger at BNW Rigging INC, and in 2019, they served as a Production Manager at The Drone Racing League. Since 2022, they have taken on the role of Technical Production Manager at BUREAU BETAK. Additionally, they worked as a Freelance Project Manager at iDEKO from 2015 to the present and as a Rigger at TAJ EVENT PRODUCTIONS LLC from 2013 to 2016.

Michael Pericas has an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Nassau Community College. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including OSHA Articulating lift/boom operator, Lift Truck Certification, and Qualified Structural Scaffold builder from OSHA.
