Jeroen Vlaar

Jeroen Vlaar MBA has extensive experience in human resources and facilities management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of HR and Facilities at Visma Idella since February 2024, Vlaar oversees HR strategies within a company dedicated to enhancing software solutions for financial institutions. Previously, Vlaar held the position of Global Vice President of Human Resources a.i. at Yenlo, an IT consultancy, and served as Head of HR at Pensioenfonds Rail & Openbaar Vervoer, managing significant assets for the Dutch public transport sector. Additional experience includes leadership roles in HR and general affairs at Pensioenfonds Horeca en Catering, as well as managerial positions focusing on recruitment and communications at Centric and Winkel van Sinkel. Jeroen Vlaar holds an MBA from Nyenrode Business University and has a background in business and humanities from Utrecht University and HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
