Moutaz Ahmed

Moutaz Mohamed Ahmed is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in information technology support and network management. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology Support at IDEMIA since February 2022, Moutaz has successfully established the 2023 IT budget and coordinated compliance efforts with the Global internal control team. Prior roles include GPO & Ops Specialist at General Motors, where responsibilities included managing network infrastructure and supporting incident management, and Help Desk Specialist at Misr Technology Services, focusing on technical assistance and corporate network support. Moutaz also held positions at Elaj Group, Sheraton Cairo Hotel & Casino, InterContinental Cairo Semiramis, and TE Data, progressively building expertise in infrastructure monitoring, Active Directory management, and customer support. Moutaz holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Assiut University, obtained in 2011.
