Koell Collins

Sr. Director of Operations & Customer Experience at Identity Group

Koell joined Identity Group in June 2020 as Director of Customer Experience and Operations at the Wichita Campus. She was promoted to Director of Pre-Production and Customer Experience over both the Wichita and Cookeville Campuses in March 2021, and then later as Sr. Director of Operations and Customer Experience in 2022. Her responsibilities, among many, include developing and integrating customer experience standards and best practices into our solutions, daily operations, and customer interactions.

Prior to joining Identity Group, Koell managed key accounts at Midwest Single Source and Office Max Inc., the latter where she also served as Hub Manager of their Print and Document Services. She also held positions at Southard Corporation and Sykes.

Koell holds Bachelor and Master Industry Certifications from the Advertising Specialty Institute and attended Barton County Community College as well as Fort Hays State University
