Elizabeth Bastian Strzalka

Elizabeth Bastian Strzalka has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Elizabeth started their career at Kmart Corporation in 1999, working as a Department Lead until 2005. Elizabeth then transitioned into the role of Operations Manager at Kmart, where they worked until 2010. In 2010, Elizabeth joined Harbor Freight Tools as a Customer Experience Manager, and later became an Operations Manager. Elizabeth briefly worked as an Executive Assistant at Humanetics Innovative Solutions in 2011 before joining Identity in 2012. At Identity, Elizabeth initially served as a Financial Administrator before being promoted to Director of Finance & Operations. As of July 2021, they hold the position of Vice President of Finance & Operations at Identity. Throughout their career, Elizabeth has gained experience in finance, operations, and management roles in various industries, including retail, manufacturing, and public relations.

Elizabeth Bastian Strzalka has a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from the University of Michigan. Elizabeth also attended Oakland Community College and Macomb Community College. Elizabeth graduated from Richmond High School. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including Google Analytics for Beginners, Advanced Google Analytics, Google Analytics Individual Qualification, and Inbound Certified from HubSpot Academy.
