Anthony Aiywa Kobi PHRi™

Anthony Aiywa Kobi PHRi™ has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources and People Operations. In 2012, they began their career as an HR Administrative Executive at Higher Foundation Schools. In 2017, they moved to Tusen Consulting Limited as a Human Resources Assistant and Amazon Energy Limited as an HR Business Partner. In 2019, they became a People Specialist at ARNERGY SOLAR and in 2020, they took on the role of People and Operations Manager at CeedCap. Most recently, they are a Lead, People Operations at Identitypass. Throughout their career, Anthony has been responsible for managing the end to end human resources functions, deploying and implementing relevant strategies, designing and implementing effective talent acquisition strategies, developing and implementing employee engagement strategies, managing the end to end recruitment process, and driving the efficiency and effectiveness of HR and People Management using HR Analytics.

Anthony Aiywa Kobi holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the National Open University of Nigeria, obtained between 2012 and 2016. In 2017, they obtained a PHRi™ certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
