Otar Matchavariani started their work experience as a Full Stack Developer at Redberry • რედბერი in August 2022 and worked until January 2023. Following this, they became a Junior Software Developer at Identomat in June 2023.

Otar Matchavariani pursued their education in Information Technology at BTU • Business and Technology University, where they completed their Bachelor's degree from 2019 to 2023. Alongside their formal education, Otar obtained various certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Otar received a certification in Angular Essential Training from LinkedIn in February 2023. In May 2022, they obtained certifications in IT Specialist - JavaScript from Certiport - A Pearson VUE Business, JavaScript and Front-End Frameworks from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, and React + Redux from Sololearn. Additionally, in February 2022, Otar acquired a certification in Data Structures and Algorithms for coding interviews through Udemy. Prior to that, in November 2021, they completed a Blockchain Developer Training program offered by Simplilearn.
