Nicole Bettencourt

Nicole Bettencourt is the Portfolio Coordinator at IDEO.org, a position they have held since October 2021. Nicole previously worked as a paralegal at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office from July 2021 to October 2021. Prior to that, they were the Administrative Coordinator at Juvenile Justice Providers Association (JJPA) from December 2019 to November 2020, and also held the position of Administrative Assistant at Center on Juvenile and Criminal Justice from November 2019 to April 2021. Nicole began their professional career as a Client Service Representative at Bank of America in June 2016, a position they held for three years before moving on to their current role.

Nicole Bettencourt has a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University and a Master of Public Administration from the same school.

Nicole Bettencourt reports to Shauna Carey, Interim CEO. Nicole Bettencourt works with Jessa Blades - Managing Director, Nathalie Collins - Senior Design Director, and Chris Larkin - Managing Director.
