Sommai Pham

Sommai Pham is the Chief of Staff at IDEO.org. In her role, Sommai manages partnerships and communications with external stakeholders, including an Advisory Council of 17 nonprofit and technology partners. Her responsibilities also include project management, event production, research, and day-to-day program operations.

Prior to IDEO.org, Sommai served as a Communications Manager at Women Moving Millions, a nonprofit focused on leveraging women’s philanthropic leadership to catalyze change across the globe.

Sommai received her B.A. from Boston University in international relations and religion. In her free time, Sommai likes to organize beach trips and karaoke nights for her girl gang of inspiring women.
