Christy Flom

Christy Flom is an experienced professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Director at IDEO. Prior roles include Senior Talent Partner and Talent Lead at IDEO, as well as Account Manager at Amobee. Christy began a career in recruitment and partnerships as an intern at Experiential Insight and has experience in marketing from an internship at Meridian Health Plan. Christy holds a Master of Business Administration in Business/Managerial Economics from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Marketing from the University of Michigan.
