Cindy Zablockis

Cindy Zablockis has a diverse work experience in user research, design, and development. Since 2016, they have been the Director of User Research and Design at IDERA Software, where they have led UX/UI Design and Creative Services teams and ensured a positive user experience across multiple projects. Prior to that, they were the owner and User Research and Design Director at CZ Design Co., where they provided consulting services to small and medium-sized companies. Cindy also has experience as a Lead UX/UI Designer at BOXX Technologies and as a Design Manager at Harcourt Achieve. Additionally, Cindy is a published author of non-fiction and fiction ebooks and interactive books.

Cindy Zablockis has a diverse education history. Cindy has obtained a certificate in User Experience and Customer-Centered Design from California State University, Fullerton. Additionally, they hold a minor in Cognitive Psychology and Psycholinguistics from California State University, Long Beach.

Furthermore, Cindy has a Bachelor's degree in Merchandising and Related Marketing Operations and a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications, both from California State University, Long Beach. Cindy has also earned a certificate in Computer Programming and Database Development from Everett Community College.

Cindy has additional certificates from The Interaction Design Foundation, including UX Management: Strategy and Tactics (obtained in April 2018), Mobile User Experience (UX) Design (obtained in March 2017), and Web Design for Usability (obtained in March 2017).

Cindy also holds a certificate in Graphic Design from Otis College of Art and Design.

Cindy has pursued further education in intellectual property law at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Lastly, they have obtained a Master's degree in Information Science from the University of North Texas.
