About

Saleen Hearon has over twenty years of experience in the non-profit sector, with a focus on financial administration and management. Saleen began their career as a Grants Manager at the East Texas Crisis Center in 2002. In 2007, they became the Executive Director of the St. Paul Children's Foundation, where they oversaw the organization's fundraising efforts. In 2010, they left the Foundation to become the Director of Development at Smith County Champions for Children, Inc., where they managed the organization's grant writing and fundraising activities. In 2012, they left Champions for Children to become the Business Manager at Rockin' C Ranch, a small family-owned business. In 2014, they returned to the non-profit sector as an Administrative Assistant at Riter Management Co., L. C., where they provided support to the company's President and CEO. In 2019, they joined iDesignEDU as a Financial Administrator.
