Jerome Chavanel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Jerome began their career at Gemalto as a Sim Project Engineer, where they were responsible for defining, programming, and testing customized software solutions for mobile phone operators. Jerome then worked at Schlumberger as a Junior Field Engineer, assisting with various projects and gaining hands-on experience in the field.

Chavanel then joined CPS Technologies, where they held the role of Card Project Manager, leading a small team and managing projects related to electrical personalization scripts, specific solutions development, and international projects involving NFC, loyalty solutions, and production management.

After CPS Technologies, Chavanel joined ABnote Europe, a subsidiary of CPS Technologies, as the Head of R&D. Jerome later served as the Head of Mobile Payment Solutions & Services, where they led the definition of the product line and collaborated with sales representatives to manage sales opportunities. Jerome also oversaw a team of program managers and gathered requirements from different regions to build consistent technical offers and business models.

Currently, Chavanel is working at IDEX Biometrics as the Vice President of Product Management. Jerome is responsible for the company's global product strategy and follows the evolution of products and platforms from design to mass production. Jerome ensures the readiness of internal and external support packages and actively promotes products through exhibitions and customer meetings.
