Joni Lewis

Joni Lewis has diverse work experience in finance and accounting. Joni started their career as a Classroom Volunteer at Junior Achievement in 2004. Joni then worked as a Staff Accountant I/II at Great American Insurance from 2005 to 2009. In 2009, they pursued an MBA at Kelley School of Business and completed it in 2011. Joni interned as a Strategy Intern at Cummins, Inc. in 2010. After completing their MBA, they joined Cummins, Inc. and held various roles including Business Analyst, Warranty Financial Analysis Manager, Americas Line of Business Controller, and Charleston Turbo Plant Controller. In 2018, Joni joined Whirlpool Corporation as a Sr. Finance Manager, where they were responsible for leading accounting and finance for a manufacturing facility. Joni joined IDEX Corporation in 2020 as the Director of Finance for Warren Rupp, and in March 2022, they were promoted to the role of VP of Finance and IT for BAND-IT.

Joni Lewis completed an AAB degree in Accounting at Southern State Community College from 2001 to 2003. Joni then pursued a BBA degree in Finance, International Business, and Business Economics at the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business from 2003 to 2008. Following that, they obtained an MBA degree in Finance from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2009 to 2011.
