Vikram Pitla

Vikram Pitla began their work experience in 2005 as a Technical Recruiter at Lancesoft Inc, where they were responsible for sourcing and identifying requirements and consultants. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as a Sr. Recruiter/Team Lead at Charter Global Inc, managing all aspects of the recruitment process and the delivery cycle for client requirements. Vikram then joined Vedicsoft Solutions Inc in 2008 as an Account/Recruiting Manager, where they guided and led recruiters and business development executives and was responsible for the Sales and Recruiting department's Profit & Loss. In 2011, Pitla joined Randstad India as an Assistant Manager - Client Relations & Delivery, and worked there until 2012. In their role, they managed client relations and delivery. Currently, they are serving as a Sr. Manager at Idexcel, Inc, where they are responsible for managing the complete delivery cycle for client requirements and guiding and leading the recruiting team to serve clients effectively.
