Jonathan W. Ayers

Mr. Ayers has been the Chairman of the Board since January 2002 and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of IDEXX from January 2002 to June 2019. Before joining IDEXX, Mr. Ayers held various executive leadership positions at United Technologies Corporation and its business unit Carrier Corporation from 1995 - 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Ayers held various investment banking positions at Morgan Stanley & Co. for nine years. Mr. Ayers holds an undergraduate degree in molecular biophysics and biochemistry from Yale University and graduated from Harvard Business School in 1983 with high distinction.
