Aarti Shrivastava is an experienced professional in human resources and rewards management, currently serving as the Head of Rewards at IDFC FIRST Bank since April 2019. In this role, Aarti focuses on developing and executing analytics around rewards programs while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prior to joining IDFC FIRST Bank, Aarti held the position of Vice President Human Resources at Capital First Limited, contributing to the establishment of HR practices during the company's startup phase. Aarti's extensive background includes leadership roles at Portfolio Financial Services Ltd., Future Capital Holdings Ltd., Piramyd Retail Limited, Shoppers Stop, and B. Braun Group, where Aarti managed HR functions and organizational structures.
