Greg Johnson

Greg Johnson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in total rewards and compensation management. Currently serving as the Head of Total Rewards at Guardian Life since September 2025, Greg has held previous leadership positions, including Managing Director at Perella Weinberg Partners and Director of Total Rewards at SoftBank Group International. With a background in global compensation strategy from Apollo Global Management and Mercer, Greg has also contributed to compensation management at Siemens during an international assignment in Munich. Prior experience includes roles at Barclays Capital and Lehman Brothers. Greg holds a BA in Business, Organizations and Society, and French from Franklin & Marshall College, as well as intercultural management studies from Universite de Nantes.
