Monika Rawat Kumar

Monika Rawat Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in government relations, customer experience, and sales management across various financial institutions. Currently serving as Senior Director of Government Relations at IDFC FIRST Bank since August 2015, Monika previously held key roles such as Head of CRM, Cross Sell, and Customer Service at Religare, and Vice President of Customer Experience and Personal Loan Cross Sell at GE Capital. Monika began their career at Allianz Capital as a merchant banker and made significant contributions at ABN AMRO Bank as an Area Sales Manager, where notable achievements included setting up an outbound call center and being recognized as the highest performing manager in consecutive years. Monika holds a BCom (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce and a PGDBM in Marketing from AIMA.
