Niraj Mehta

Niraj Mehta is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner for the Tech vertical at IDFC FIRST Bank since May 2023, Niraj has previously held significant roles, including AVP of Human Resources at HDFC ERGO General Insurance, and HR Business Partner at Network18 Media & Investments Limited, where responsibilities included employee lifecycle management and strategic HR interventions. Prior experience at Deloitte India included consulting on HR processes and talent management across multiple industries. Niraj began a career in engineering with Larsen & Toubro Limited, following a robust academic background in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from G.H. Patel College of Engineering & Technology.
