Vikas Pachauri

Vikas Pachauri currently serves as Lead- Journeys at IDFC FIRST Bank, focusing on enhancing customer experience through conversation AI, including chatbots and voice bots. Previously, Vikas held senior positions at Kotak Mahindra Bank, including Vice President, and RBL Bank as Deputy Vice President, while also gaining extensive experience in various roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank over nearly a decade. Vikas has worked on multiple projects related to E Banking, Mobile Banking, and payment systems, demonstrating expertise in coordinating across departments and working with numerous technologies. Early career experience includes a role as a software engineer at Infosys and a summer trainee position at Bharti Teletech Limited. Vikas holds an MBA in Finance & IT from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, along with degrees in Embedded Programming and Electronics.
