Sharon Palmer

Sharon Palmer is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Group Accounts and Client Success at idhl since September 2023, following a role as Director of Client Success at Gain Consultancy from April 2023 to September 2023, where focus was placed on business growth through effective strategy development. Prior to these roles, Sharon held multiple positions at UM Manchester | McCann Manchester, including Managing Director from July 2020 to February 2023, and various leadership roles such as Head of Channels, Head of Media, and Head of Digital Media from 1995 to 2019. Sharon began the career as a media executive at JWT from 1994 to 1996. Sharon holds a degree from the University of the West of Scotland, completed between 2000 and 2003.
