Rachael Zappia

Rachael Zappia is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at IDI Billing Solutions. Rachael has been with the company since May 2012 and is also a Crucial Conversations Certified Trainer. Prior to their role at IDI Billing Solutions, Rachael worked as an HR Generalist at Mercer from October 2007 to 2012, focusing on Information Product Solutions and Workforce Communication & Change. Rachael holds a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University and an M.Ed in Counseling from Loyola University Maryland.
