Katie Henneman

Katie Henneman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and people management across various organizations. Currently serving as Lead of US Operations and Global Operations Consultant at IDinsight since January 2022, Katie previously held roles including US People Operations Consultant at Educate!, Acting Associate Director of Global Operations at IDinsight, and People Operations Director at One Acre Fund. Additional experience includes executive leadership at Princeton in Africa, development consulting at the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians, and various roles at the United Methodist Committee on Relief. Katie's academic background includes a BS in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MA in International Relations from Syracuse University, among other educational pursuits.
