Elena Kulgavaya

Elena Kulgavaya has a diverse and extensive work experience in QA and QA management roles. Elena is currently working as a Senior QA Engineer at Idiomatic, Inc. Elena'sprevious role was as the Quality Assurance Lead at Lyte, where they established QA processes on a long-running system, developed a testing integration system, and significantly reduced release time. Prior to that, they were the Backend QA Lead at Juno Inc., where they designed and implemented tools for component testing and contract tests. Elena also served as the QA Automation Lead at LOGICnow, where they developed testing frameworks and introduced white box testing. Additionally, they worked as a QA Automation Engineer at Wargaming.net, where they extended the test framework and implemented functional test cases. Before that, they were the Lead QA Engineer/QA Manager at VRP Cloud, where they managed a team of up to seven engineers and worked on projects in various industries. Elena also held the role of Test Automation Engineer/Lead QA Engineer at Exadel, where they managed a team of up to three engineers and created and maintained automation test scripts.

Elena Kulgavaya obtained a Specialist degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Belarusian State University, where they attended from 2007 to 2012. In May 2013, they also obtained a certification in ISTQB from CTFL.
