Vladimir Starzhevsky

Vladimir Starzhevsky has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Vladimir currently serves as the VP of Product Development and Head of Software at AION Biosystems, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Haemonetics as the Director of Product Development and R&D Hospital Software from 2019 to 2023. In this role, they led product development teams and collaborated with various departments to improve customer satisfaction and the quality of medical software products. Vladimir also held the position of Director of Digital at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts from 2015 to 2019, where they successfully launched digital platforms to enhance customer satisfaction. Before joining Blue Cross Blue Shield, Vladimir was the Founder and Executive Producer of Zebulla Loyalty Games Interactive Agency from 2012 to 2015, where they focused on developing mobile games with real-world rewards for corporate loyalty programs. Vladimir also worked as the Head of Product, Digital at Monclarity from 2010 to 2015, working on cognitive fitness training programs. Prior to that, they co-founded Creat Studios, Inc in 2005 and worked as the Co-Founder, Studio Head, and Executive Producer. Earlier in their career, they held roles at Turbine, Vicarious Visions, and Sierra On-Line/Papyrus Design Group.

Vladimir Starzhevsky holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management from Harvard University. Vladimir also has a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Rostov State Academy of Architecture and Art. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
