Ashley Rouster

Ashley Rouster is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership, advocacy, and community engagement. Currently serving as the Managing Director of the Junior League of Cincinnati, Ashley oversees the operational success of the organization and actively participates in strategic planning. In addition to this role, Ashley is an Assistant Stylist, Social Justice Educator, and Community Liaison at Idlewild Woman, providing personalized customer service while promoting sustainable fashion. As a consultant through A. Rouster Consulting, Ashley focuses on fostering diversity, inclusion, and awareness on topics such as trauma and violence prevention. Previous roles include Director of the University of Kentucky Violence Intervention and Prevention Center, Development Coordinator for Dress for Success Cincinnati, and multiple positions in advocacy and support organizations. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and Women's Studies from the University of Kentucky.
