Verena Exenberger currently serves as the Head of Digital Customer Experience & Product Development in Digital Transformation at IDM Südtirol-Alto Adige since September 2020, overseeing digital transformation within South Tyrol's tourism sector. Prior roles include Global eCommerce | Digital Marketing Director at Pronovias and Chief Digital Officer at Parfois, as well as extensive academic contributions as Associate Professor in eCommerce and Digital Commerce across several institutions including Toulouse Business School and Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Verena's earlier experience includes leading eCommerce efforts at Nestle S.A., where responsibilities spanned corporate digital strategy and consumer journey activation, and managing digital customer experience at Groupalia. Educational qualifications include degrees in Digital Marketing & eBusiness from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, Strategic Innovation from Esade, and a Master in Entrepreneurship in Tourism and Leisure Management from MCI.
