Mike Aiello

Mike Aiello has held various roles in the technology and communications industries over the past decade. In 2011, they began their career as a Solar Consultant at Herca Solar. In 2012, they moved to TelePacific Communications as a Sr. Sales Representative. Mike then returned to Herca Solar in 2013 as a Sales Manager. In 2015, they became an Executive Recruiter at The Newport Group. In 2018, they were promoted to Manager, Enterprise Sales at Axero - Intranet Software. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Chief Compliance Officer and Head of KYC/AML at IDMERIT.

Mike Aiello holds a Bachelor of Science (B.A.Sc.) in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from Regis University. Mike has also obtained two certifications from LinkedIn in 2020: Cold Calling Mastery and The Persuasion Code: The Neuroscience of Sales.
