Tamara Moliner Morro

Tamara Moliner Morro is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience in product development and operations. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer NPI - Operations at IDNEO since June 2017, Tamara focuses on mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and user behavior, with a primary objective of stabilizing production and reducing costs. Prior roles include Product Engineer at Jobelsa Soft Trim, where Tamara analyzed and monitored changes in automotive cover development, and Mechanical Engineer and Product Developer at Bang & Olufsen, contributing to the development of high-quality audio products such as Beolab 17 and BeoSound Moment. Tamara holds advanced degrees in Innovation and Entrepreneurship and Project Management from ISEB, and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering from Universitat Jaume I, along with additional training in multimedia and web development from the University of Vaasa.
