Arzu C. has over 18 years of work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Arzu is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at IDnow. Prior to that, they worked at Sage as a Talent Acquisition Manager for Central Europe and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner. Arzu also served as the Head of Recruitment at Fyber, where they were responsible for reaching hiring targets, managing a team, and improving HR processes. Arzu has also worked at PayPal Deutschland GmbH/ ebay Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Partner and at HERE, a Nokia company, as a Talent Acquisition Manager for EMEA. Additionally, they have experience in recruiting and project management at BASF Services Europe GmbH and in sales and HR consulting at EPOS Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. Arzu started their career as an HR Consultant at Olympia Personaldienstleistungen Deutschland GmbH.

Arzu C. studied Psychology at FernUniversität in Hagen starting in 2014. From 2007 to 2009, they pursued a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at VWA-Verwaltungs- und Wirtschaftsakademie, Berlin. Prior to that, they completed a program in English and French at Friedrich-List-Schule Berlin from 2002 to 2004. Arzu also holds a degree in Allgemeine Hochschulreife from Oberstufenzentrum Banken und Versicherungen Berlin-Tiergarten.
