Luigi Mastromarino

Luigi Mastromarino has a diverse work experience history. Luigi started their career in 2004 as a Learning & Management Consultant, where they remained until 2013. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Sales Manager at Pasta Factory GmbH. Luigi then joined Wirecard in 2015, where they held various roles including Merchant Support Senior Consultant and Team Lead Training. From 2018 to 2020, Luigi worked at Wirecard as a Corporate Trainer & Coach, responsible for training implementation and employee development. Since 2020, they have been working at IDnow, first as a Training Operations Expert, then as Head of Training Operations and later as Head of Operations Management. In their current role as Director Operations Management, Luigi is responsible for building high-performance teams and promoting cross-functional collaboration. Luigi focuses on enhancing training modules, coaching methodologies, and quality standards within the Operations domain at IDnow.

Luigi Mastromarino holds a Master's degree in Museum Administration from Euroform, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) in Cultural Heritage Preservation at Università degli Studi della Tuscia from 1994 to 2002. In 1996, Luigi also participated in an Erasmus Semester at The University of Edinburgh, focusing on Cultural Heritage Management. Their secondary education was completed at Liceo scientifico statale "G. Rummo" from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Maturità scientifica diploma covering various subjects like Italian, History, Philosophy, Drawing, Latin, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Geography. Luigi Mastromarino has also obtained multiple certifications, including Agile Team Facilitation, PRINCE2 Agile, and various certifications in areas such as anti-discrimination, financial crime prevention, fraud prevention, sanctions, anti-bribery and -corruption, conflict of interest, and General Data Protection Regulation.
