Michael Ulrich

Michael Ulrich has a strong background in clinical trial program management and has held various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Michael is currently serving as the Director and Senior Global Clinical Trial Program Lead at Idorsia Pharmaceuticals Ltd since March 2023. Prior to this, they were the Associate Director and Global Clinical Trial Program Lead at the same company from July 2017 to February 2023. Before joining Idorsia Pharmaceuticals, Michael worked at Actelion as an Associate Director and Clinical Program Operations Manager from October 2016 to June 2017, and as a Global Trial Leader from August 2014 to October 2016. Michael also gained experience at Novartis, where they served as a Global Trial Leader from February 2013 to July 2014, Clinical Trial Head from December 2010 to February 2013, and Expert Clinical Manager from May 2008 to November 2010. At the beginning of their career, Michael worked as a Clinical Scientist at Cytos Biotechnology AG from May 2006 to April 2008, and as a Clinical Operations Manager at Berna Biotech Ltd from October 2003 to April 2006.

Michael Ulrich attended Technische Universität Braunschweig from 1993 to 1998, where they obtained a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. Michael later studied Pharmaceutical Medicine at the University of Basel from 2007 to 2009.
