Kelsey Johnson

Kelsey Johnson is an experienced professional currently serving as Technology Enablement Manager and previously as Operations Manager at IDR, Inc. since March 2016. In these roles, Kelsey has focused on fostering alignment among offices through process and tool optimization while enhancing understanding of the staffing industry. Prior to this, Kelsey worked as Vendor Manager, overseeing IT vendor relationships, and as Branch Coordinator, providing essential support to the Dallas branch. Kelsey's earlier experience includes working as a NOC Control Tech at Salem Media Group from June 2015 to March 2016, where responsibilities included board operating, audio editing, and show production. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism with a focus on broadcast from Texas Tech University, completed in 2015.
