Mackenzie Koch

Mackenzie Boone is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and journalism. Currently serving as a Senior Recruiter at IDR, Inc. since June 2021, Mackenzie has progressed through various roles including Recruiter II, Recruiter I, and Associate Recruiter. Prior to this, Mackenzie worked as a News Reporter at WOWK 13 News and as a Multimedia Journalist at WVUA 23, where responsibilities included producing news segments, conducting interviews, and mentoring trainees. Mackenzie's earlier experiences also include internships at CBS This Morning, Destination Luxury, and Gorgeous PR, focusing on broadcasting, marketing, and public relations. Education was completed at The University of Alabama, earning a Bachelor's degree in Communications and Informational Sciences in 2019.
