Global Vice President Of Operations And Customer Care at IDSeal

Giuseppe Nicita has a significant amount of work experience in operations, customer care, and call center management. Giuseppe started their career at Vonage as a Technical Operations Supervisor in 2006 before progressing to become a Customer Service Operations Manager in 2008. In 2008, Nicita moved to ACN, where they served as the Sr. Technical Operations Manager for North America for over a decade until 2019. During their time at ACN, they also worked with XOOM Energy and ACN Japan as an Interim Contact Center Director in 2018. Nicita then joined IDSeal in 2019 as the Director of Call Center Operations before being promoted to the role of Global Vice President of Operations and Customer Care in November 2021.

Giuseppe Nicita attended Rutgers University from 1996 to 1999, where they studied Business Management. Giuseppe then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Administration from the University of Phoenix, completing it from 2004 to 2006.
