Silvana Elena has extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as the CALA Operations Manager and CALA IT Manager at IDT Corporation since October 2007. In these roles, Silvana Elena is responsible for overseeing technological development and operations across Argentina, Chile, Peru, Brazil, and Uruguay, ensuring that business needs are met while providing expert advice on technology acquisition and data processing tools.
