Miguel Frias has extensive experience in systems administration and consulting projects, as well as service level development. Miguel has managed internal support, customer support centers, and post-sales and services teams. Miguel has a strong background in managing AIX, Solaris, Linux and Windows systems, and has implemented Veritas Netbackup and Sun Cluster. Miguel also has experience as a Systems and Network Engineer, creating internal websites and managing servers used by hundreds of students. Miguel holds a 5-year BS in Information Systems and Computer Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico.
