Clayton Lucas, PE, is an accomplished electrical engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Electrical Engineering at IEG, a MOREgroup brand, since January 2019, Clayton has held multiple roles including Project Manager and MEP Engineer. Previously, Clayton was the Director of Electrical Engineering at Don Penn Consulting Engineer from January 2022 to July 2023, and worked as an Electrical Design Engineer at DFW Consulting Group, Inc. in 2018. Earlier in the career, positions included Electrical Engineer at Huitt-Zollars, Inc., Graduate Electrical Designer at Jordan & Skala Engineers, and a Summer Intern at Luminant. Clayton holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, obtained between 2013 and 2015.
