Jessica Miller, DrPH, is a seasoned public health professional with extensive experience in health services evaluation and consulting. Currently serving as the Manager of Health Services Evaluation at IEHP since January 2019, Jessica leads a team focused on measuring program effectiveness and supporting program design and implementation. As a public health consultant since June 2014, Jessica provides expertise in quantitative and qualitative research, community-based intervention development, and curriculum design for public health education. Additionally, as the author of the children's book "Rico Eats a Rainbow" since November 2020, Jessica contributes to health education initiatives. Jessica holds a Doctor of Public Health degree in Health Education from Loma Linda University and a Master of Arts in Education, Curriculum and Instruction from Azusa Pacific University.
